I have a multibit HD wallet in 2017. When i try to open it and move the btc. it shows the error error: “Could not decrypt input string” what’s the problem i got? i am sure the password is correct. i even created another wallet as i have the old wallet on my PC. the wallet accepted the new password on the empty one. i would appreciate your great help. thank you. If there is any chance to recover it, i will tip you a big amount of btc. i promise.
